This study examines remote work's impact on employee well-being. aims to provide valuable insights for the banking sector and businesses improve their employees' well-being by comprehensively investigating work dynamics outcomes. The results, involving 445 participants from Maybank, show that significantly impacts at Maybank. has brought light telecommuting, engagement, transformational leadership, work-life balance positively of employees study's findings can help Maybank its policy development, resource allocation, program implementation, ultimately enhancing working arrangements By effectively managing challenges inherent in work, cultivate a conducive environment fosters satisfaction, productivity, resulting enhanced organizational performance.<p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/soc/0055/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>
